To Whom It May Concern:
While sitting in our new Sunroom, my wife and I thought we should share with other prospective Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms of the Pioneer Valley customers our experience.
Our quest for a Sunroom, for which my wife desired for more than 10 years, began with discussions with friends and co-workers. After several discussions, it led us to 2 companies. Our criteria for a company was quality and reputation. From this perspective, the recommendations we received from our friends and co-workers met that.
At that point we proceeded to contact both of these companies to have them come to the house and discuss their product and costs. Both companies were very accommodating on the phone to meet with us at a time that worked for both my wife and I.
The first company to visit us was Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms of the Pioneer Valley. Kevin Armitage was the representative that came to the house.
